Winters Building Highlights
* Complete reconstruction of the internal structure and restoration of the historic Winters Building in the Iron Triangle neighborhood of downtown Richmond.
* Construction of a new 200 seat theater which, as a community performance and rehearsal venue, will restore much of the ground floor to its original volume.
* Expansion of the second floor - including the creation of a new 200 seat Proscenium Theater designed as a versatile, multi-use, state- of-the-art performance and training venue.
* Realization of a permanent home for the organization, with enhanced instructional and public performance spaces for students, neighborhood residents and the community.
* Restoration of the building's facade to evoke its original beauty during the World War II era of Richmond's history.
